Last Friday, in the Cosec de Cogolin dojo, there was even more intense activity than usual: children, parents and representatives of various agencies took stock of the Equipe Mobile Sport system (EMOnSport, read somewhere else), implemented since November by the UGECAM of Paca-Corse (1).
Children between the ages of 4 and 18, with an MDPH (Departmental Center for Disabled People) notification, who are received by SESSAD (education and specialized care at home) or by SEES (education and education) La Bastide in Cogolin, can benefit from personalized access to sports according to their abilities and needs. With one principle; † self-determination which consists of bringing any child with a disability or inadequacy to become an actor in their project.

The team, in collaboration with the CDSA (Departmental Committee for Adapted Sports), offers half a day of disability education for sports clubs in Cogolin where controlled children are registered.
