Claire Borotra: her relationship with a legend of French sport

Featured in the new France 3 series, Face à Face, Claire Borotra is an actress full of talents. But what viewers know less is his relationship with a great French sportsman.

She is in a new series. Next Tuesday, March 15, France 3 will broadcast a new series called Eye in eye. Viewers will then see a new duo of researchers appear, formed by Claire Borotra and Constance Guy. One embodies the role of Justine, investigating judge while the other will play the role of Vanessa, the commander of the Strasbourg SRPJ. Two different characters who will have to compose together in their professional life, but also more personal because they will learn that they are half sisters.

Indeed, he won the Wimbledon tournaments in 1924 and 1926 and Roland-Garros in 1931. He was also minister under Petain and will participate in World War II. In particular, he will fight to get more budget for the promotion of sports and will manage to impose a tripling of sports hours in French children’s rosters, as well as the massive recruitment of sports teachers.
