At 55, Halle Berry still lives at 100 an hour. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, she relies on sports, diet and meditation.
On screen and in life, Halle Berry is a fighter. Wearing multiple hats, actress, producer, mother, the former model also manages to take off to take care of her. In an interview given to the magazine last November Women’s Health she discusses exercise routine, nutrition and mental health and gives the keys to unlocking her strength at any age.

Exercise six times a week
Six times a week, the James Bond girl, accompanied by her longtime coach Peter Lee Thomas, combines lunges, squats, stair climbing and plyometric movements (exercises that combine dead jumps, stretching and muscle contraction) while carrying weights. Halle Berry was diagnosed with diabetes at age 19 and follows a meat-based, low-carb diet. Women’s Health† To do this, the woman behind the mask of cat lady only occasionally does she lie on the couch: she prefers a part of the garden where she retreats to meditate and listen to her higher consciousness.
Finally, the actress has also used acupuncture needles to regulate her “out of control” hormones as she approaches menopause. The exercise would have been of great help to him, especially during labour.
