Lou Pernaut strong in pain: this first story that does not evoke his father and that honors him

Twelve days after his father’s death, Lou Pernaut took over his Instagram account to celebrate a very special day.

On March 2, to everyone’s surprise, Jean-Pierre Pernaut retired at the age of 71† Already a prostate cancer survivor and battling lung cancer for several months, he was not the last to have won, as several sources indicate. No, the former 1pm presenter is said to have passed away after a series of mini-strokes and other complications related to open heart surgery. Jean-Pierre Pernaut, who interrupted the luncheon of the French for 33 years, was buried on March 9 in the Basilica of Sainte-Clotilde in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. In addition to the many TV personalities who made the trip, such as Michel Drucker, Evelyne Dhéliat or Claire Chazal, the audience was also present. Indeed, hundreds of anonymous people gathered in front of the church to say goodbye to Jean-Pierre Pernaut. A gesture that deeply affected the presenter’s family, and in particular his daughter Lou, 19. †When we left the church there was so much applause! It was so much love, I can’t thank you enough.”the young woman said on TikTok, the day after the ceremony, before adding: “Thanks to you, thanks to all the love you’ve given us, all the support, all the messages, it’s amazing! I really feel like my dad has accomplished something!”

Lou Pernaut: posted this message for a good cause

Next Monday, March 14, it’s a very different message that Lou Pernaut sent on Instagram. Indeed, the young woman wanted to make her subscribers aware of World Down Syndrome Day, which will take place on March 21. Yes to the difference! Wear mismatched socks!”indicates the photo of a poster with Milo, 3 years old“carrier of trisomy 21 and mismatched socks”.
